1The Challenge
Processing thousands of award nominations and public votes manually was prone to errors and incredibly time-consuming. They needed a robust system to capture data securely and engage voters leading up to the awards ceremony.
2The Solution
We built a custom nomination portal connected directly to the CRM. Every vote automatically updated the database in real-time. We also captured voter emails to build a massive audience for ticket sales and sponsor promotions.
The Results
The system flawlessly handled over 15,000 public votes with zero manual data entry. The captured audience data allowed the awards to sell out their gala dinner weeks in advance and provided incredible value to their event sponsors.
